Rink Setup/Teardown

RINK SETUP TO BEGIN MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28

**********UPDATE**********
Trailers are scheduled to be in place by 8:00am Monday, September 28, so we'll be ready to get things rolling as outlined below.
***************************

So the moment everyone's been waiting for is only a few days away.  Due to the facility being booked for a couple different events, we'll have to proceed a bit differently than usual.  We can start unloading and staging this upcoming Monday, but due to the building being booked for Wednesday, we won't be able to actually start setting up until Thursday.  See below for days, times, and details.

As of today the trailers are not in place to unload, but we anticipate them being moved to the rink by the time we start.  If something comes up and the trailers are not ready, this page will be updated.  Be sure to check here before coming out.

I have one forklift lined up for Monday but could use another.  If you are able to bring one out please contact me (contact info. below).

You may have heard rumors about a new chiller.  Well, they're not rumors, it's a done deal.  It's nearly done being built and is scheduled for delivery Friday, October 2.  It'll take the installers a couple days to get everything in place, so that'll give us about a week to get everything in order to get that baby revved up and running.  The more hands we can get helping the quicker and easier it will go, so if you can spare an hour or two or three or four, come on out and help get those trailers unloaded.
