• Rink Tear Down and Lease with City End (usually 2nd weekend in April) and President to perform walk-though inspection of the pavilion with the City rep.
• Annual Association Banquet and Meeting (Big Kahuna Raffle)– Usually 2nd Sunday in April
• Raffle Checks/Money Deposited the Thursday after the Banquet
• Confirm Elected Officer and At-Large Board of Director Positions
• Start Registering the Association for Parade Participation
